Our story

My name is Laila - I’m a Syrian Muslim woman living in Australia, and the founder of Zamzam.

After moving here, I honestly didn’t like how every Ramadan felt like just another normal month. The days were special in my heart, but my home didn’t look or feel any different.

Back home, you feel Ramadan everywhere — the lights, the streets, the calls to prayer, the whole atmosphere changes.

So after 8 long months of trying to find something that felt right, I created the Zamzam Spheres as a way to bring that Ramadan energy back into our living room — a soft, meaningful glow that reminds me of home the moment I switch it on.

Now, every night when the sphere lights up, the house finally feels like Ramadan again. My hope is that it can do the same for your home, too.
